Dr.
Amrita Narlikar, is
University Lecturer in International Political Economy at the Centre
of International Studies, University of Cambridge http://www.intstudies.cam.ac.uk/staff/
narlikar-amritaa.html, and Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at the
Research and Information Systems for Developing Countries, Delhi,
India. She is also Senior Research Associate at the Centre for International
Relations at the University of Oxford, a member of the Warwick Commission
on the Future of the Multilateral Trading System, and Editor-in-Chief
of a book series with Martinus Nijhoff/Brill, Studies in International
Institutional Dynamics, http://www.brill.nl/siid.
Her recent single-authored books include, International Trade and
Developing Countries: Bargaining coalitions in the GATT and WTO, London:
