Amal Saji K. is a Research Assistant at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi. His research focuses on international trade, connectivity, and economic integration, with a particular emphasis on trade facilitation, global value chains, and maritime trade.

Amal holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics Hons (B.Sc.) from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, and a Master's in Applied Economics from CHRIST University, Bangalore.
