EMPANELMENT OF MULTI-TASKING STAFF
RIS, a New Delhi based autonomous policy research institute specializing in issues related to international economic development, trade, investment and technology, invites applications from suitable candidates for their empellment as Multi Tasking Staff on contractual basis for their engagement on requirement basis:
Role and responsibilities of MTS:
i) General cleanliness of rooms, furniture, fixtures, and upkeep of plants.
ii) Physical maintenance and handling of office records.
iii) Handling of files and papers within and outside the RIS
iv) Office support in handling of documents, including photocopying, dispatch, and typing/data entry.
v) Watch and ward duties within RIS premises, opening and closing rooms under the supervision of administrative staff.
vi) Mail delivery within and outside the premises.
vii) Driving of official vehicles.
viii) Supporting ground-level activities including organizing meetings, workshops, conferences.
ix) work in RIS pantry
viii) Any other non-clerical or general work assigned by the RIS.
Eligibility & Experience
i) Matriculation
ii) Candidates having extensive experience in effectively discharging above-mentioned role and responsibilities in similar institutions or bodies would be preferred.
Remuneration:
Commensurate with their hands on experience and qualification.

General Terms :
- The Empanelment Committee would have the discretion to waive any or the above requirements in respect of meritorious candidates
- The decision of RIS in this regard would be final
- Short-listed candidates would be called in by the Selection Committee for their empanelment.
- Engagement of empanelled candidates would be done by RIS in exigencies of work and on requirement basis
- Empanelment of candidates does not essentially tantamount to their eventual engagement at RIS.
- Any sort of canvassing would lead to rejection of application
- Applications received after the last date of submission would not be entertained.
