Mr. Mayank Mishra is the Legal Consultant at the Centre for Maritime Economy and Connectivity (CMEC) at RIS. He studied law in England and returned to India to work in the social sector. He worked for a few years as a litigator and legal consultant for the social sector in India. Subsequently, he attained a Post-graduate degree in Constitutional and Administrative law. Upon discovering a love for research, he shifted to the National Maritime Foundation (New Delhi) as a legal researcher, and worked there for two years.
